At Djinda Dreaming Education, we create a home away from home, offering all children in our community access to a safe, nurturing, educational, and culturally inclusive environment. We believe children thrive when they have a sense of being, belonging, and becoming. Our goal is to understand and meet the needs of our community while touching the hearts of families and going above and beyond in our support.

Kago Bus Services

We offer a convenient home drop-off and pick-up service for families, ensuring smooth transitions to and from home, as well as school. Our service operates within a 10-15 km radius of the center.

Pricing

Full daily rate for childcare services is $88 per day per child. We do offer multi-child discount and discounts in conjunction with other services. To get an accurate price, you will need to speak to the centre directly and discuss circumstances. However, for the most part you will be entitled to the childcare subsidy.

Inclusion Support

Toni, our Inclusion Support Coordinator, works closely with our center directors to provide inclusive environments for all children, whether they have a diagnosis or not. If you’d like Toni’s support, we can arrange an enrolment meeting with her.

Kago Bus Services

  • KAGO App: Allows parents/guardians to track pick-up and drop-off.

  • Safety Checks: Our buses undergo a three-point safety check by the bus driver, support worker, and staff on departure and arrival.

  • Child Safety: Children's car seats are provided and checked according to age and height with a 12 seater bus including the bus driver and support person.

Commences at 4:00 PM

Please provide the location of the local school or home for pick-ups and drop-offs, and we will coordinate with the transport team.

For all child transportation, including home and school pick ups and drop offs (or anywhere else you need help with transporting your child eg. sports training etc) our bus transportation form is below.

To authorise your child to be transported by us, simply click on the link, complete the relevant details and submit.

Community Support Service

We offer home visit enrollments to assist families in the comfort of their homes. I’m happy to help with this process, including completing the Child Care Subsidy claim online. Please have the following information ready:

  • Immunisation Record: Available on MyGov (Medicare App) if no hard copy.

  • Birth Certificate: Not required for enrollment but helpful if available.

  • Medicare Card

  • Health Care Card/Concession Card: With CRNs for primary carer and child/ren. Access via your Centrelink account.

  • Centrelink Log-In Details: Needed for completing the Child Care Subsidy claim.

Have you completed your Child care subsidy claim online through centrelink?

If you need assistance with this please see the below steps to follow. 

( Once your claim is completed) follow up with Centrelink promptly on the very day your claim is completed to finalise the claim in order for them to approve the claim in time for your child/ren start date).
